If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online DreamWeaver purchase, you may return it for a refund (original price paid and associated tax, less shipping costs) to the original form of payment within 20 days of receipt. Replacements and Exchanges are available for 30 days from the date of delivery. Please present your order number.
Return Authorization Numbers are required for all returns and exchanges. Contact us at 877-735-7279 or email hello@dreamweaverforever.com for a Return Authorization Number. Returns or exchanges sent without a Return Authorization Number will not be processed and will be returned to you.
A website credit will be issued for items returned after 20 days but within 30 days of the original ship date, (cost of goods less shipping) which can be applied toward a future purchase.
Refunds are available for the original price paid and associated tax. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. Credit card refunds are not available after 20 days.
Gift Certificates and Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging and be accompanied with original proof of purchase.
Damaged or defective goods will be replaced at no additional charge to the customer and must be reported within 7 business days from date of delivery. Damages deemed above and beyond normal wear and tear will not be replaced. We reserve the right to refuse any return with signs of tampering, excessive wear and tear or modifications.
We do not accept the return of items purchased directly from a retail location or other websites. Items purchased on our website may not be returned to any retail location.
Items should be returned in their original packaging, padded envelope or box and sent via a traceable carrier such as UPS or USPS. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. DreamWeaver is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
