Return Policy

DreamWeaver Return & Exchange Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online DreamWeaver purchase, you may return it for a refund (original price paid and associated tax, less shipping costs) to the original form of payment within 20 days from the date of delivery. Replacements and exchanges are available within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please have your order number available when initiating a return or exchange.

Return Authorization (RA) Requirement:
All returns and exchanges require a Return Authorization Number (RA). Contact us at 877-735-7279 or email hello@dreamweaverforever.com to obtain an RA. Returns or exchanges sent without an RA will be returned to the sender.

Items returned after 20 days but within 30 days of delivery will be issued as store credit (cost of goods less shipping) which can be applied toward a future purchase.

Refunds:
Refunds will be issued for the original price paid and associated tax. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Credit card refunds cannot be issued for returns received after 20 days from delivery.

Final Sale Items:
Gift certificates and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Condition of Returned Items:
All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, along with the original proof of purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items:
Items that are damaged or defective will be replaced at no additional charge if reported within 7 business days from delivery. Damages beyond normal wear and tear may not be replaced. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show excessive wear, tampering, or modifications, though we aim to work with customers whenever possible.

Retail Purchases:
We do not accept returns of items purchased from retail locations or other websites. Items purchased on our website cannot be returned to a retail location.

Return Shipping:
Items should be returned in their original packaging or a padded envelope/box via a traceable carrier such as UPS or USPS. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. DreamWeaver is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Processing:
Please allow 3–10 business days from the date you mail your return for us to receive it. All returns and exchanges will be processed within 14 days of receipt.
