Every DreamWeaver Forever bag is designed to last for decades. If your fabric springs a tear or rips, or your handles can’t handle the load (beyond the usual wear and tear), we’ve got you covered!

How It Works

After purchasing your bag, register it within 30 days using the style number found on the hangtag near the UPC barcode to activate your warranty. 

Should the unlikely happen to your bag, we will make it right during its long life. Email us at hello@dreamweaverforever.com with your order number, a brief description, and a photo. We’ll review it and repair or replace your bag with a similar style, because every DreamWeaver bag is made to last a lifetime.

What’s Covered:

• Tears or rips in fabric that would be considered defective beyond normal wear and tear.
• Handles that tear away from fabric or are otherwise no longer functional.

What’s Not Covered:

• Zippers and zipper pulls.
• Excessive wear and tear beyond the norm or extreme weight applied.
• Used in ways not intended.
• Inconsistencies in fabric colors and patterns or seam alignments.
• Damage from accidents, misuse, or exposure to harsh chemicals and cleaning
• products.
